In early 2024, Prague hosted an exclusive private event where a select group of clients witnessed the unique Automobili Pininfarina B95 Gotham. This first-ever electric hyper barchetta was created to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the legendary Italian automaker and represents the pinnacle of art that combines speed and beauty.
With 1,900 horsepower and the ability to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in less than two seconds, it’s a true beast in an elegant suit. The exceptional design of the vehicle, which combines classic racing elements with futuristic features, was created under the leadership of Chief Design Officer Dave Amentea. He incorporated numerous references to Gotham’s Dark Knight, including the specific Argento Vittorio black paint and unique interior with leather upholstery and a Bruce Wayne quote.
The vehicle impresses not only with its appearance but also with its superior technical specifications. It features innovative twin aerodynamic shields for occupant protection and offers several driving modes, from the calm Calma to the uncompromising Furiosa. With a range provided by a 120 kWh battery and zero emissions, the B95 Gotham represents the future of supercars.
Dave Amentea, who has led Pininfarina’s design team since 2022, described the project as a dream come true at the event. For the Italian designer, who brings rich experience from automakers like Fiat, VW Group, and JLR, the B95 Gotham represents a perfect fusion of classic Italian design and cutting-edge technology.
