The history of Beny jewelry dates back to 1976, when Tunë Topalli opened his first shop in Rovinj, Croatia. Initially, he specialized in artistic objects and jewelry. Under Zef Topalli’s leadership, the company began to focus on jewelry making and sales, and trade in diamonds and precious stones.
A key moment came in 1991 when Zef opened the first jewelry store on Jindřišská Street in Prague. Two years later, Zef’s eldest son Arben, who had studied jewelry during his economics and marketing studies in Italy, joined the company. In 1997, Beny opened a flagship store at 52 Wenceslas Square. This location has now undergone a complete renovation and become the brand’s showpiece. Additional branches can be found at 24 Wenceslas Square, 18 Karlova Street, and 8 Pařížská Street.
“At Beny, we don’t see jewelry and watches merely as luxury goods. To us, they are works of art that carry emotions and stories. Today, under the leadership of the third generation, Beny boasts a position as one of the most sought-after jewelers in the Czech Republic. Since 2005, their portfolio of represented brands has grown to include world-renowned names such as Baume & Mercier, Cvstos, Franck Müller, Girard Perregaux, Hamilton, Maurice Lacroix, Montblanc, Oris, Raymond Weil, Corum, Tissot, and many others. In addition to selling jewelry and watches, Beny offers a wide range of services, from cleaning and repairing jewelry to authorized watch servicing and expert consultations.
A unique bonus is the lifetime warranty on all jewelry, which includes regular maintenance and care. For discerning clients, Beny also offers special winders for mechanical automatic watches from brands like Buben & Zorweg, Scatola Del Tempo, and Paul Design.
