Fashion house Missoni follows the success of its Moonstone Interiors project with a new ambitious venture, Trio Isle Interiors, created in collaboration with leading developers from the United Arab Emirates.
The project’s location is extraordinary in itself. Trio Isle Interiors is rising on the artificial island of Al Marjan, spanning an area of 2.7 million square meters. This location combines the advantages of privacy with a stunning panorama of the sea, making it an ideal environment for connecting iconic Italian design with natural elements.
Perfect Symmetry
As the name suggests, the entire project is built on the principle of trinity – three exclusive buildings, each furnished with interiors designed by Missoni, three pools, and three entrance halls. This harmonious three-part structure creates a unique residential space inspired by the atmosphere of luxury resorts.

Future residents will have access to more than fifteen exclusive services that complement the concept of premium living. Residences include apartments with one, two, or three bedrooms, where Missoni’s characteristic signature is unmistakable – imaginative colors, geometric patterns, and materials of the highest quality.
Where the Future Is Written
The emirate of Ras Al Khaimah is gradually establishing itself as one of the most sought-after destinations, thanks to its rich cultural history, imposing mountains, and rapidly developing infrastructure. Al Marjan Island, with its pristine beaches and exclusive atmosphere, presents the perfect backdrop for innovative projects like Trio Isle Interiors.

“We are pleased to work with Durar Octa again on this second project in Ras Al Khaimah,” said Livio Proli, CEO of Missoni. “Our previous collaboration was very satisfying, and we are excited to contribute to the development of this dynamic real estate sector.”
The completion of the Trio Isle Interiors by Missoni project is scheduled for the end of 2027.
