At the heart of all products is a unique complex with the key ingredient Funarine, obtained through biotechnological processing of Swiss high-altitude moss. This conductor of beauty, as the brand calls it, can reach directly into the core of skin cells and restore their youthful functioning. “With Funarine, we are one step closer to going against the flow of time when it comes to skin aging,” explains Professor Dr. Sven Gohla, a leading pharmacologist and immunologist. Five years of research led to the creation of a complex that, in addition to Funarine, also contains extracts from rose, lavender, kangaroo paw, and other carefully selected ingredients.
The products help slow down skin aging due to age, improve skin elasticity, regenerate the skin, and enhance skin cell resistance. The products are also packaged in elegant porcelain jars from the renowned French manufacturer Bernardaud from Limoges, which can be repeatedly refilled. Purple glass flacons are decorated with Art Nouveau floral motifs, and the entire line is perfumed with a unique floral fragrance created by a French perfumer.
Sophie’s Garden offers complete care from skin cleansing through serums to special eye and lip products. All products are manufactured in Switzerland according to the strictest standards and are available only in selected luxury salons. “With Sophie’s Garden, we have fulfilled our dream and completely changed the perception of luxury skincare,” says director Barbara Sandner-Troll. “We have joined forces across generations – I work with my daughter Sophie, a molecular biologist, who brings new insights and connects us with the future.”
