This narrative culminates on the rooftop terraces with panoramic saunas overlooking the river.

The concierge service operates like in the finest five-star hotels, 24/7. They handle everything from dog walking to restaurant reservations, grocery delivery, and school pick-ups. Vanguard residents also enjoy access to a pool and wellness center that feels more like a Berlin club than a luxury spa, complete with saunas, fitness facilities, and massage rooms. For social gatherings, there’s a private cinema, community room, and rooftop terraces with saunas and grills.
