Winter Magic at Brick’s

Brick’s at Hergetova Cihelna has crafted an exceptional December program combining festive brunches, holiday dinners, and a grand New Year’s celebration with flowing Veuve Clicquot champagne.

Chef Pavel Sapík brings back the beloved Sunday brunches on December 8th and 15th, featuring an impressive culinary spectacle. Watch as chefs prepare fresh seafood at the live cooking station – from succulent lobster to delicate St. James scallops and tender shrimp. The carving station offers perfectly roasted bone-in ham and crispy duck confit.

The atmosphere comes alive with adults savoring fine wines while children explore their own haven in a cozy kids’ corner, supervised by attentive staff. Children under six dine free, those under 12 enjoy a special rate of 600 CZK, while adult brunch is priced at 1,690 CZK, including all beverages.

Fireworks above Charles Bridge

December evenings at Brick’s promise extraordinary dining experiences. Christmas Eve unfolds with delicacies like Blini topped with Ossetra Royal caviar, culminating in a masterfully prepared Royal Angus steak with Foie Gras Rougié on truffle potato purée.

New Year’s Eve elevates celebration to an art form, as Veuve Clicquot champagne flows throughout the evening. The seven-course feast features sea bass ceviche with citrus gel and pomegranate pearls, Canadian lobster with sweet corn espuma, and reaches its pinnacle with Anjou royal pigeon accompanied by caramelized endive and truffle sauce. A live DJ sets the mood while the panoramic terrace offers front-row views of fireworks illuminating Charles Bridge and the Vltava River.

Beyond December’s festivities, Brick’s welcomes corporate events and private celebrations, now booking into January. The venue’s stunning views and historic charm transform every gathering into an unforgettable experience.
